Like many of you, my business is listed on many Internet business directories like Bing, yahoo, yp and Google. I have received some business from people searching the internet for computer repair using Google. It’s a nice complement to my networking group business I receive. About a year ago I got the idea to ask my Fort Wayne computer repair clients to rate and review me on Google business. In order to do this, you need a Google Plus account which is free. One of my clients was doing this with their customers and I started doing it. I have some very nice reviews and my rating average is 4.9 out of 5. The number of reviews got into the 30’s which is in the top five in our county for the computer repair category. But some of them are disappearing for some reason and I can’t figure it out. I read some blogs on this issue, and it is happening to other businesses as well. HAs this happened to your business on google?
