This week one of my business clients bought a new printer from one of my business partners, Cartridge World. They asked me to configure it for their computer network so they could print from the computers, laptop and smartphone. My client watched me for a while to see what they did wrong because they tried to set it up Sunday.

I had problems in the beginning with the CD-ROM not responding and I ended up restarting the computer. This solved the problem and it let me install the printer. Before this I removed the old HP printer which was removed from the network a week ago. Configuring the wireless printer interface didn’t go well at first until I powered down the printer and the Wifi router and back on. After my client saw what I had to do they realized there’s no way they could have done this and were glad I was there to work my magic.
