There’s a way to run one operating system inside another one while it’s active. It’s been around for a while and it’s called a virtual machine.  You can do this for Windows, Apple, and Linux computers.  Virtual machines are great for testing operating systems and programs without having to restart your computer.   The Virtual Machine I use is called VirtualBox from Oracle and it’s a free download in Linux Mint.  One thing to note is a license for the operating system you are installing is needed.

My main office computer is a Linux Machine and I also like to use Windows 10 occasionally.   Virtual Machines let me try something in the Windows 10 machine and then get right back to Linux.  Let me know if you use VMs and how they work for you.
