My wife has been trying to activate our Peacock subscription which is included with our Xfinity account. She’s getting the message ,” Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account”. I started to help her yesterday and tried several things without any resolution. I can’t find any other Peacock account that we’ve ever had.  Xfinity chat tech support tried assisting me but struck out.  They suggested we contact Xfinity phone support.  We’ve tried all our Xfinity email addresses under our account and none work.  A Peacock account can be created, it just won’t connect to our comcast account and activate.
