I have a chrome-based computer that has an external keyboard. When it was first set-up, the audio could be adjusted from the dedicated keys on the keyboard. There is a mute, up and down. I’m not sure when it happened, but now the keys do nothing. All the other keys work as expected including the space, enter and tab.
No troubleshooting has been attempted yet. What I’ll try is unattach the keyboard from bluetooth and then reattach. I can also try researching on the internet. I don’t think it’s the battery in the keyboard but maybe it is. I could also try a wired keyboard with audio keys to see if it works with it.
