Someone new called me this week for a laptop screen replacement. Unfortunately the laptop was dropped and the touchscreen cracked. Now they needed a new one and I was glad to help When they dropped off the laptop for repair, I asked,"Why did you call me?" - we hadn't seen each other in person for years. They said, "I searched for computer repair on Google and you had great reviews with a 4.9/5.0 overall rating. Then I saw your picture and I remembered you from Spiece Fitness". This proves how important it is to have your picture on your Google business page. Also, it's a good reminder to be pleasant to people when you're out and about. I may not have gotten this call if I hadn't been friendly to the people I meet at my gym. People remember who are nice to them.
