What if your laptop or power supply is left behind?

I visit many different businesses and homes throughout my computer repair business travels. The main tool I take into my clients locations is my laptop and it’s case. To the best of my memory, I’ve only left it at a clients once and at a network meeting once.  My business card is taped to it and the power supply as well in hopes of it being returned to me if it is found by an honest person.  My portable hard drives and portable DVD drives have my bushiness cards taped to them as well. My smartphone has a screensaver with my wife’s phone number and my office one, too. Make it easy for the finder of your tools to contact you if you lose them..
