This month I was helping a business computer client with their main computer program. It was on a Windows 10 desktop computer. It had been downloaded off the internet and for some reason they couldn’t install it. After I repaired the problem, I was ready to test the program. It required a password and I tried the ones I had. they didn’t work and my client was contacted. Unfortunatley , it wasn’t in their records and I couldn’t proceed with the testing phase. I returned the computer to them and hoped they could find the password.
