When I first got notified of winning a Fort Wayne Readers choice, the August email message said I was a finalist and it also said my company was 2nd. On Sept 30th, I learned there were five finalists for three places in my category of Computer Repair Store. This information came from the web site or somewhere else but it confused me. I wasn’t sure if I really came in second with five winners in my category.
It turns out there were three second place winners, one first and one third. That makes five winners. So I did come it second and it’s the first time it’s happened in all the years I was nominated.
