Someone new called me last week about their Dell desktop computer. It wasn’t displaying any video on the screen before they brought it to me. When I fired it up on my workbench, the video worked fine. Later I contacted them and found out it was a sporadic problem. Just in case it was a hardware issue I opened the computer case and removed the graphics card and re-seated it back in the graphics slot. I also checked for the latest graphics driver in Windows 10 and the latest was installed.
They said it’s been great since they’ve had it back and using it at home. They are going to let me know if they have any problems in the future. Have you ever had this problem on a PC ? What did you do?
