Why can’t I login to Comcast’s web site in Brave Browser in Windows 10?

I use Comcast (Xfinity) for my internet access and TV.  It works most of the time but I’m not a fan of the price increases and their privacy problems.  I try to use Brave Browser for web browsing to protect my privacy.  Logging into Comcast works in Linux Mint 21 so why can’t I login on Microsoft Windows 10?   The shields were turned off in Brave in Windows which didn’t solve it.
