A new computer client got with me this week about their dead Windows computer. I started working on it and discovered the power supply was the problem. My client was contacted with my recommendation for not replacing the power supply. The computer is around thirteen years-old which is a good run! I encouraged them to retire the computer since another component may fail soon since it is way past the average age of a computer.
It’s 13 years old- time to retire it.
