Computer people have issues with their own computers from time to time. My business laptop is stuck on 0% downloading a Windows update. I am on the pre-release cycle so maybe it’s not stable. the laptop runs fine and seems fast. I’ll have to review my notes on how I fixed my clients update problems. As I recall, there is a windows folder that holds update files and maybe it’s corrupt. Sometimes deleting it can solve it.
Another thing I tried was pausing the updates and it hasn’t seemed to work. I’ve always used a wireless network connection and maybe I’ll try a wired one. The laptop doesn’t have a built-in RJ-45 port so I will use my USB one. I’ve tried restarting the laptop and it’s still stuck at 0%. Looking at the updates, I’m on the Windows Insider program so maybe this developed some problems lately.
